Penthouse with private terrace This spacious penthouse comes with a bright living and dining area with an open fireplace and kitchenette with tea and coffer making facilities. Suite has its own private terrace with sunbeds, parasol and eating area offering spectacular views of mountains and village rooftops. The luxurious marble bathroom includes a bathtub with panoramic views.170 sq meters including the terrace.Penthouse has two levels with unfenced stairs. Not suitable for disabled persons. No elevator.The hotel is located in the historical center of Fornalutx village, in just 50 meters from the main square. The hotel doesn't have parking and is located on a narrow steep street with restricted access for cars, which makes the surroundings of the hotel free of noise and contamination, but only accessible on foot. However, there is the option to purchase a parking permit from the town hall which allows you to park in any blue parking zones in the Fornalutx area. We require your car registration number to arrange this at a cost of 25€ per stay up to one month.
