TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the booking of the property we require:
a 10% deposit to be paid at the time of booking and a minimum booking of all 11 rooms of the hotel for 3 nights. (For up to date room rates per night, please check our website, we have 6 Double rooms street view, 3 double rooms private terrace, 1 Junior Suite and 1 Penthouse).
Kindly note that the room rate includes a stay only. Ceremony, decoration, photographers, catering, any changes of the standard set up of the hotel should be paid separately. We can share with you a contact of a wedding planner who knows the venue and can give you the quotations depending on your requests. Event fee is 1500€.
Music is allowed only until 11 pm and for that you must require a permission from the local town hall. You literally can hear the sound from our top terrace in the neighboring village due to the amazing acoustics here in the mountains. Both Fornalutx citizens and guests of the town appreciate this place for its tranquility and peaceful silent nights. The best option for the after dinner party might be to have a transfer to a place appropriate for the disco.
Free cancellation up to 3 month before the day of arrival.
3 month prior 40% more of the total will be charged.
In the case of cancellation of less than 3 months, 50% will be non-refundable.
The hotel accommodation capacity is for 23 persons maximum, we have 11 rooms.
Maximum dining capacity: 40 people during the high season, when the weather permits outdoor dining without risks of rains. But an interior room can only afford 22 persons. Music is allowed until 11pm only and only after getting a permission from the local town hall.
