Kindly note that the room rate includes a stay only. Ceremony, decoration, photographers, catering, any changes of the standard set up of the hotel should be paid separately. Hotel Event fee is 500€ / day.
We can share with you a contact of a wedding planner who knows the venue and she can give you all the quotations for decoration, furniture rental, etc. Wedding planners' fee is 2000€+VAT per event day coordination, 500€+VAT pre or after wedding day coordination.
For the catering options we exclusively collaborate only with Marcos Servera https://www.instagram.com/ritma_mallorca?igsh=Z2hhaWc4cGhoamFs, local Chef who manages the restaurant RITMA at the top terrace of the hotel. The average menu & drinks price is 200€ per person. In case you want RITMA restaurant to be closed to the public during the other days of your stay, you should guarantee 2000€ minimum spend for the full day closure.
Ambient music is allowed only until 11 pm and for that you must require a permission from the local town hall. You literally can hear the sound from our top terrace in the neighboring village due to the amazing acoustics here in the mountains. Both Fornalutx citizens and guests of the town appreciate this place for its tranquility and peaceful silent nights. The best option for the after dinner party might be to have a transfer to a place appropriate for the disco.
